Outcomes of Black Students Across the State of Indiana:
The mission of the Indiana Alliance of Black School Educators (INABSE) is to promote and facilitate the education of all students, with a focus on improving the academic achievements and outcomes of Black students. We are committed to the professional growth and empowerment of Black educators by providing resources, advocacy, and a supportive community that fosters excellence and equity in education.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create an educational landscape across the State of Indiana where Black students and educators are fully supported, empowered, and successful. We strive to be a leading voice in education, advocating for policies and practices that promote equity, inclusivity, and excellence. INABSE envisions a future where every Black student has access to high-quality education and every Black educator is valued and equipped to inspire and lead.
